  1. Hi Donna – I have really enjoyed looking over your web-site. I have read the information of Thomas Bradford b.1757 Revolutionary Soldier that died in Clarke County, Al. He was the son of Thomas Bradford of South Carolina. Do you have any clarification about why Thomas, Jr. would go to Granville County N.C. to marry Polly Hargraves. It is my understanding that Thomas Bradford that married Polly Hargraves was from Orange County, NC. My 3rd Ggrandfather was a Thomas Bradford with almost similar birth and death dates as the Thomas your wrote about. My Thomas lived in Montgomery County, Ga. in 1797 I keep wondering if Thomas Bradford, Jr. you wrote about actually died in Clarke County, Alabama.

    Thanks

    1. I’m sorry. I do not have any more information at this time. Good luck in your research!

  2. I have used the surety on a marriage certificate to research a brick wall.
