You may be interested in my favorite place to get out of print books. ABE Books has the biggest database imaginable linking places all over the US (and some in UK and Canada) to get out of print books.
The one listed here appears to be available at very affordable rates.
    The search features are excellent.
I see the most expensive copies of this book are priced at several hundred dollars but lower prices start under ten dollars.
