Chimney soot ! I bet that would be a rare item. We have a fire place but no chimney!
Wouldn’t that attract animals? Raccoons?
I use the soot from my fireplace, every cleaning I will sprinkle it around my plants that aren’t doing well. The charcoal helps if your soil is more acidic than a plant likes. They seem to take off growing after a good dose!
